Source with us for your clientele

Explore the resources we offer florists and designers, with wholesale options for local flowers grown organically, seasonally and sustainably here in the DC, Maryland and Virginia region.

What we offer

We love working wholesale with florists and designers - it’s our favorite part of the business! We’ve designed our systems around our florist clients and are constantly tweaking our practices based on feedback. We’re committed to the long-term success of the movement toward slow, sustainable, and American-grown flowers, and we treat representing local flowers as a huge responsibility.

  • We use Airtable to house our stock list because we know many florists and designers use wholesale online ordering and sales reps for the bulk of your product. Our intention is to reduce the workload of back-and-forth via text or DM to make your experience with selection simpler, more transparent and smoother! Airtable does require you to have an account, but we’ve structured it to keep it free for florists and designers. The stock list is like a fancy live spreadsheet - including imagery, colors, quantities, and prices. Clients email to place orders once you’ve reviewed the stock.

  • We email weekly fresh stock lists every Monday throughout the growing season showing you what’s peaking that week and what’s next up to be perfect for harvest. Please send us a message or fill out the form below if you’d like to get on our list.

We plan most of our bunch sizes at 10 stems, but can offer even smaller amounts for specialty items. We also provide discounts for bulk orders 3+ bunches and up.

  • Deliveries are offered twice a week for a flat $15 fee each at most local addresses, with a $50 order minimum to do delivery. These days work for most of our clients, but inquire if you need another option a particular week. We also offer easy order pickup in North Old Town.

  • We don’t sell anything we think isn’t absolute top quality and we harvest according to the Seattle Wholesale Growers Market' Floral Standards. We don’t grade our product, it’s all just Grade A.

If you’re planning months ahead for specific events or with highly specific color palettes, we’re happy to reserve for you. If there’s anything you want more detail on, we’re always happy to share an exact, from-the-current-field photo.

  • We work to adapt to your needs, and no request is too small. Many of our clients use local flowers often, but very few are exclusively using local, and we know it’s a different model to work with. Part of what we love most is sharing insight into the growing process that enables you to source unique and special elements that enhance your work.

Past Project

Our blooms for seasonal wholesale

We offer dozens of varieties, with a focus on specialty stems you are less likely to find at wholesale or that don’t travel well. Dahlias and heirloom mums are huge for us in late summer and fall, ranunculus and peonies are huge for us in spring, but there’s too many to list that peak in between those bookends. We’d love to get you added to our weekly source list distribution.
